Payments

At present, we accept cash on delivery and online bank transfer option as form of payment. The total price for your order, including delivery charges, will be due upon delivery or through online payment option. We will, however, notify you if any of the products ordered are not available for any reason after you have placed your order and we will not charge you for such products.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 24 hours and we deliver everywhere in Pakistan. A non-refundable charge of PKR 300 will apply.

Delivery

Pakistan delivery 3-5 working days. A notification from the courier will be sent to the phone number you provided one day before delivery. However, this timescale is only an estimate. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. You will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered to you. Ownership of the products will transfer to you once we have received payment in full.

Exchanges & Returns

You can exchange any purchased product (except customized products) within 10 to 14 working days, beginning on the day after you received your order. All products exchanged must be received by us in the same unused condition, unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags. All products will be inspected and any product that is found to be in an unsuitable condition or with tags removed will not be processed and sent back to you to the original delivery address. Please note that we cannot accept the exchange of any customised product unless it is faulty.
